Foil stamping requires a metal die to be custom-made from your design. For this, clean, scalable vector artwork (from Adobe Illustrator, for example) is essential. Formats like .ai or .eps are perfect. JPEGs or PNGs will not work.

2. Mind Your Lines and Fonts

Avoid extremely thin lines or tiny text. If lines are too fine (less than 0.25pt), they may not transfer cleanly. For fonts, choose clear, bold sans-serifs or serifs with thick strokes for maximum impact. A good rule is to keep text above 8pt.

3. Less is More
