Q: Are you an ASI-listed supplier? Do you work with distributors?

Q: Do you offer Virtual Proofs?

Yes, we provide Free Virtual Proofs (digital mockups) within 24 hours. Send us your vector logo (AI/EPS), and we'll show you exactly how it looks on the product before production.

Q: Can you match PMS Colors?

Yes, for most items, we offer Pantone (PMS) Color Matching for both the product material (e.g., notebook covers) and the logo imprint. Please specify your PMS codes when ordering.

Q: What are your imprint capabilities?

We are experts in Screen Printing, UV Printing, Laser Engraving, Debossing/Embossing, and Foil Stamping . We can recommend the best method based on your client's budget and logo complexity.

Q: What is your policy on Random Samples vs. Pre-production Samples?

Random Samples: We offer free random samples (products with other logos or blank) to show quality. You only pay for shipping. Pre-production Samples (PPS): For orders over a certain amount (e.g., $2,000), we recommend a PPS with your client's actual logo. There is a setup fee, which is often refundable upon mass order confirmation.

Q: Do you offer Kitting and Fulfillment services?

Yes! We excel at Kitting . We can combine multiple items (e.g., a notebook, a pen, and a water bottle) into a custom gift box, add a thank-you card, and ship it as a complete set. This saves you the hassle and cost of domestic assembly.

Q: Can you apply FNSKU or UPC labels for retail packaging?

Yes. For retail or Amazon sellers, we can apply individual UPC barcodes or FNSKU labels to each unit and outer cartons according to strict retail compliance standards.

Yes, registered distributors can request our digital catalog with coded pricing or a separate net price list. Contact our sales team with your ASI/PPAI number to verify.

My client doesn't have vector art. Do you offer Art Services?

Yes. If your client only has a low-res JPG or PNG, our in-house design team can vectorize (redraw) the logo into AI/EPS format for a small fee or free of charge for confirmed orders. This ensures the highest quality imprint.

Do you offer Kitting and Fulfillment services?

What is your standard lead time?

Standard production takes 10-20 days after proof approval. For urgent trade show dates, please ask about our Rush Production options.

How do you handle shipping?

We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to your client’s door (US, Canada, Europe, AU). We handle customs and duties. You get a single, all-inclusive price.

Can you source custom items not on your website?

Yes! As a comprehensive OEM/ODM manufacturer based in China, we have a robust supply chain. If you need a specific promotional item—such as custom tech gadgets, drinkware, or unique office accessories—that you don’t see on our site, just send us a photo or description. We can source and customize it for you at a competitive price.
