Our Ordering Process

Submit Your Inquiry: Send us an email with your project details. To receive an accurate quote faster, please include specifications such as paper type/weight, trim size, binding method, color mode, and quantity.

Receive a Quote: Our sales team will calculate the cost and send you a detailed quotation within 1-2 hours on working days.

Confirm & Sign: Once you are satisfied with the price and artwork, we will sign the contract (Proforma Invoice).

Deposit Payment: A 50% deposit is required to initiate the project.

Free Proofing: We will produce a free digital sample and ship it to your door via DHL for your physical inspection and final confirmation.

Mass Production: Production begins strictly after your approval of the sample. Please note: modifications cannot be made once printing starts. Any changes requested after this stage may incur extra costs.

Quality Check & Balance: Upon completion, we will provide high-resolution photos or videos for your review. Once confirmed, the remaining balance is due.

Shipping: We arrange shipment by sea or air according to your requirements.

Delivery: You receive your goods. Deal complete!
